Tamara is the absolute BEST yoga instructor. If you want to feel that “yoga high” her class is one to attend! She offers incredible assists to help you feel the pose more in depth so you get the best stretch you possibly can and her touch is perfect…not too gentle and not too hard. I always look forward to the end of her classes where she uses essential oils and I always leave smelling so good. Her voice is so soothing and the words she offers up are inspiring, will touch your heart and always seem to be exactly what I need to hear at that time. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and how it works and moves. If you are looking for a perfectly balanced and incredible yoga experience, I highly recommend Tamara’s class, it’s perfect for all levels from beginner to advanced.

Yoga is not a regular thing for me. As a guy it can be intimidating to participate in a yoga class but Tamara has such a calming and comforting spirit about her. Any awkwardness I felt immediately went away with her encouragement. Tamara's Pop-Up in the Park classes are relaxing and rejuvenating but are enjoyable for people of all levels of experience.
